With this knowledge, your coach works with you to create a personalised plan that helps you maximise your talents by turning them into strengths to achieve your goals. Developing your strengths can increase your productivity, creativity, and self-confidence.
Individual performance strengths coaching is a proactive personal and professional development approach that will help you stay ahead of the curve and unlock your full potential.
You will have six sessions over four months with your coach of around one hour each, either in person or on Zoom.
