Second Half Coaching

A bespoke coaching package designed for those wondering what might be next.

Whether you have founded something or have worked in a senior position over many years and perhaps feel you have been successful so far, this coaching package is for those that are questioning if its right to continue on that same trajectory or are wondering / exploring / moving towards something new or different and what some might call 'second half'.

Using 6 sessions over 4 months using CliftonStrengths® from GALLUP® to help explore what that second half might look like and then link to bespoke coaches that can help set you up in your new second-half role.

Our coaching sessions are available in person or on Zoom, and we'll work with you to create a bespoke coaching program tailored to your specific needs and goals.

  • I am so pleased that Steve from Strengths House introduced me to CliftonStrengths®. It has proved an invaluable tool. Not only have I used it in developing peer relationships and understanding how others tick, but I have also found it has helped me promote my strengths during job interviews. I often find myself quoting Steve about how specific strengths can complement each other.
